Contemporary dance uses a lot of ballet technique, but is more free in movement style - think Martha Graham / Merce Cunningham.
This class for students with some dance experience, (minimum age 14, no maximum age), will explore the ISTD Contemporary Intermediate Foundation syllabus, with a view to some students taking the exam at some point in the coming year. However no pressure! The class will also include free work and choreography, and will be an excellent workout to improve strength and flexibility, too.
